First, order a bottle of Royal carpet shampoo. The shampooer, (extractor), doesn't come with shampoo as well as the warranty voids any repairs/problems the use of another manufacturer's shampoo. It offers something to do with how much suds running through the unit. Apparently other shampoos could potentially cause clogging. Anyway... I recently got such a small motel and used the Royal Carpet Extractor with just domestic hot water while I became looking forward to the shampoo to reach. Wow, glad Used to do. It was amazing the amount dirt I bought out using the water alone ,but again, these are generally motel carpets walked over by a great deal of fishermen rather than your average home carpet. If your shampoo arrived I was able to get your remaining stains and such a difference. Now The year progresses above the carpet first with hot water and follow with shampoo. It saves many shampoo. One more thing I like will be the automatic shampoo feeder. Just pour the shampoo into your reservoir, no measuring, add warm water from the tank and it's ready. Far better and simpler to use than my Bissell.
